Eco Wrap Labeler WrapIcon Aesus

 

Our Eco Wrap labeler utilizes the same powerful Servo label applicator as our higher end models in a minimalist package to give a cost effective automatic wrap labeler that will work perfectly for simpler or slower applications. Our Eco Wrap labeler is suitable for labeling a wide range of cylindrical products, thanks to the wrap belt and back plate.

      Prism Roller System

      When absolute precision and “No Skew” labeling is required, then our extremely popular Prism system is what you need.

      Thanks to the twin adjustable rollers pressing the container against the wrap belt, the containers are perfectly aligned and supported for the label to be applied.

      The prism system can also be used to dispense two (or more) labels onto the same container and it can also be used to align the label with a handle or special bottle feature.

      High Speed Star Prism

      Offering all of the same benefits as our Prism roller system, our Eco Star Prism is best used when high speed, high precision and quick change overs are necessary.

      Thanks to the dedicated indexing starwheel we are able to handle a variety of different sizes and shaped containers at high speeds whilst still achieving labeling perfection.

        Delta Wrap Labeler WrapIcon Aesus

        Our Delta series labeler offers the same flexibility and accuracy as our Eco Wrap labeler but are built for higher speed applications along with the capabilities to add additional accessories such as printers, vision inspection systems and reject systems.

          Premier Star Wrap WrapIcon Aesus​

          For EVEN higher speeds our premier star wrap has the capabilities of labeling bottles and containers at up to 400 product per minute. Products are loaded from the conveyor into a starwheel with two rollers in each starwheel pocket. The starwheel continuously rotates to the labeling station located adjacent to a motorized wrap belt. The products therefore is securely held at 3 separate stabilizing points. With the container so stable, a label is perfectly applied.
