Validation Technician



Montréal Area, Québec



Full-Time



Permanent Position

Join our validation and quality control team.

Work hands-on with automated packaging machinery, troubleshoot equipment and perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) before machines are delivered to customers.

Our validation technicians ensure that equipment meets customer requirements and performance expectations. Working with newly manufactured machinery, you’ll test systems, make adjustments
and resolve technical issues.

Our machinery is manufactured and assembled in-house, giving you the opportunity to work directly with mechanical and electrical systems.

What We Offer

  • Permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week).
  • Day shift with potential flexible hours and early Friday finishes.
  • Occasional travel to customer facilities.
  • Overtime may be required.
  • Life, disability, health and dental insurance, plus a pension plan.
  • Clean, air-conditioned manufacturing environment with Aesus work shirts provided.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma in electromechanics, industrial mechanics or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Experience using calipers and micrometers.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • French/English bilingualism is an asset.
  • Packaging machinery experience is an asset.
