Shrink sleeves are a very popular solution for decorative labeling. Their sleek finish offers bright colors and sharp images. Your product will stand out by its’ sleeve design that fits your brand and tells your company’s story.
Neck bands and full body sleeves are applied directly onto the container and use up maximum space on containers for decoration and product information. Even the largest container diameters work best on our machines and stand up great against the competition. Set up of new products can be done quickly and easily.
Our shrink sleeving machines (shrink labeler) for full body and or neck bands (tamper evident bands) are available with different sleeving speeds or container sizes.
Eco Shrink
Sleeve application is done directly with servo motors and without suction cups. Once the container is present and beneath the mandrel the sleeve material is driven down around the container and is only cut once the majority of the sleeve is on the container. Colored print registered (photo registration) and clear materials can be run on the same machine.

Automatic Motorized Band Unwinder, operates using a low-level sensor which detects when the band unwind should feed band to alleviate web tension. This allows the machine to run at higher speeds.

Delta Shrink
In comparison to our ECO model, the Delta shrink sleeving machine allows for larger products. It also allows for sleeving of multipacks such as dual and tripacks of bottles to create bundles of multiple bottles.

Compact PREMIER
Our Compact Premier Shrink is ideal for the application of full-body sleeves and / or tamper evident neck bands at medium speeds. It has a very small footprint, yet its’ continuous motion operation will help you get your sleeving done quickly.

PREMIER 200
This high speed shrink labeler is a solution for packaging lines that handle larger volumes and require higher speeds. This high speed, continuous motion shrink labeler will provide speeds up to 200 bpm. It has been designed to accommodate thermal transfer coding and vision systems if your application require it. It can apply both full body sleeves with T-perforation of the full sleeve and / or tamper evident neck banding.

PREMIER 400
The Premier 400 is our highest speed shrink labeler model that provides speeds up to 400 bottles per minute. Its’ powerful servomotors direct the sleeve onto the continuous moving products with speed and precision. Secondary dual servo drive wheels assure the application of the sleeves up to 7 sleeves per second! Need to achieve these kinds of speeds? Coupled with our Dual Motorized Sleeve Unwinder Unit (see the “Upgrade Option” tab for more information), you can change sleeve rolls without stopping the shrink labeler from sleeving your products, thus reducing production downtime.
